Yes! Most of our 5G / 4G LTE routers have built in WiFi Internet service which can be used by any WiFi enabled device, including smartphones! You also have the option of connecting your own router or wireless access point to our router using an Ethernet cable. This will allow you to connect your devices through your own wireless network that you have full control over.

If you ever have any trouble, call our technical support line at 888-929-2372. If we can’t fix the problem over the phone, we’ll have you send the broken equipment back and we’ll ship you out a replacement free of charge, usually on the same day.

You will receive a 5G / 4G LTE, or 4G LTE only router (depending on which WiFi Internet service you order), a high gain outdoor antenna, and cables to connect and power everything.

No! All our equipment comes preconfigured. Just plug it in and you’re ready to go!

Ideally, the 5G / 4G LTE router, or high gain antenna if connected, should be placed near a window on whichever side of the building faces the nearest cell tower. See the following website for tower locations:

Setup can be completed in just a few easy steps!

  • Connect the 5G / 4G LTE router to a power outlet using the power adapter
  • Connect the high gain antenna to the 5G / 4G LTE router using the LMR-400 coax cable
  • Connect your devices to the router via either Ethernet or WiFi

As long as you’re within the coverage area for one of the 3 major networks in the US (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon), you should be able to get service. Coverage can be checked at, or you can give us a call at 888-774-2007 and we’ll help you check.
We also include a high gain outdoor antenna to ensure that you’ll get the best signal possible. And since 5G / 4G LTE coverage can sometimes be unpredictable, all our plans come with a 10-day trial so you can return the equipment and get a refund if it doesn’t work out.
